The advice line opening hours are changing from 23 March 2020 Change to telephone advice line opening hours for health professionals

The NaTHNaC telephone advice line is for health professionals who have queries about travellers with complex itineraries and/or travellers with special health needs. The Foreign and Commonwealth Office issued an Exceptional Travel Advisory Notice on the 17 March 2020 advising all British people against all non-essential travel worldwide initially for a period of 30 days.

With effect from the 23 March 2020 and until further notice, the advice line opening hours will be as follows:

  • Mondays to Thursdays 11:00 - 13:00
  • Fridays 13:00 - 15:00
