As of 25 March, a total of 53 suspected yellow fever cases, including six deaths, have been reported between 12 January and 15 March 2022.

As of 5 March 2022, a total of three yellow fever cases have been confirmed, with the first detected in January 2022. To date, 15 patients have presented with symptoms including fever, jaundice, joint and muscle pain. The Kenyan government has activated health emergency response activities, including a vaccination campaign.
