As of 12 October 2025, a total of 264 laboratory confirmed dengue cases have been reported in American Samoa since the public health emergency was declared on 8 July 2025. DENV-1 and DENV-2 are reported to be co-circulating. Please see our Topics in Brief article for further details on dengue.
