Dengue in Brazil
As of 12 April 2025, a total of 1,019,033 confirmed cases of dengue and 714 deaths (681 confirmed) have been reported in Brazil since 1 January 2025 (479.4 cases per 100,000 population). Sao Paulo has reported the most cases (590,850) and the highest incidence rate per 100,000 population (1,285.2). Please see our Topics in Brief article for further details on dengue.
