Argentine haemorrhagic fever in Argentina
Between 1 January 2025 and 31 May 2025, a total of 13 confirmed and 87 suspected cases of Argentine haemorrhagic fever (AHF) were reported in Buenos Aires Province. The disease is caused by the Junin virus. Please see UKHSA viral haemorrhagic fevers for further details on AHF.
