Lassa fever in Nigeria
As of 29 June 2025, a total of 6,109 suspected cases of Lassa fever, (790 confirmed) including 148 deaths have been reported in Nigeria during 2025. 20 states have reported at least one case, the majority from Bauchi, Taraba and Ondo states.
