Chikungunya in France
As of 8 October 2025, a total of 695 locally acquired chikungunya cases have been reported in France since the beginning of 2025. Cases have been reported in the regions of Auvergne-Rhône Alpes, Bourgogne-Franche-Comté, Centre-Val de Loire, Corse, Grand Est, Ile-de-France, Nouvelle-Aquitaine, Occitanie and Provence-Alpes Côte d'Azur.
