Mpox in Netherlands

As of 18 December 2025, a total of 10 cases of mpox clade Ib have been reported in the Netherlands. Of these cases, nine have been reported in the last six weeks. World Health Organization consider there to be community transmission of the virus in the Netherlands. Please see our Topics in Brief article below for further details on mpox.
